Hi I'm Peaches and guess what? My humans named me Peaches because that's exactly what I am...a little Peach.... that's what my foster mom told me.
I was born April 2023 and was recently surrendered with my big brother, Sid, only because one of my little people developed a really bad allergy and had asthma too.
I have a soft, gentle nature & once I'm comfy my purr doesn't stop.

Respectful dog - yes
Other cats - yes with proper introductions
BTW Sid & I come with all our own supplies...litter box, scoop, food dishes, a cubby bed, and even our own cat tree.
Pretty sweet, ay?

They think I am young, maybe over a year old and I'm available for pre-adoption when my babies are weaned and I retire and get spayed.
I am definitely a no-dog gal.

I like to 'groom' my people and am super friendly to my humans if not to dogs. lol

Hi there, I'm Carrot, an adorable, loving ginger girl who was surrendered with my sister, Turnip, through no fault of ours. We were adopted as kittens and are now coming up to 4 years old in April, 2025.
I lived with with kids and a dog & am currently in Pet Valu Mission Hill in St. Albert where I meet all kinds of dogs everyday.
My family didn't have so many rules so I would be most content living with a respectful bowser and children who are gentle and kind to kitties.
Turnip is in foster because the store was too much for her. She has a softer nature and losing our family has affected her more than me. We can be adopted singly or together. But we would really like another cat to keep us company in her new family.

Pete was was trying to survive when his Earth Angels found him. He was already neutered but had no ID on him. All attempts to find his people were unsuccessful.
Pete has now been microchipped and vaccinated and is looking for his own forever family where he will be treasured, safe and loved for his lifetime....no more cold, lonely days & nights on the street!

Hello, I'm July, a retired mom to 7 Days.
The first chapter of my story wasn't the best. I had a home and then I didn't. My babies were born outside and I was outside for long enough to grow cautious of humans.
When we were found and brought to the shelter the humans there labelled me as maybe 'feral'.
The Little Cats Lost opened their doors to me & I went to my foster home, my mom said I wasn't feral, I was nervous of people, scared & skittish.
I have lived here with up to 21 kittens and Mama Nova.
Nova and I were besties. She taught me soooo much because she is the quintessential young cat who loves everything and everybody. She helped me work through my fears. We play chase, cuddle & I had a gay old time playing with the kittens and her.
I still do not like to be picked up and appreciate slower encounters. But I rub up against my human and do the elevator butt thing when she pets me.
My purrfect purrs will have to be willing to give me time to trust them. I love other cats, and the resident dog. I think I would prefer older children who aren't so noisy and are more predictable than little humans.
If you have a place in your heart and home you can meet me in my foster home.

Hi I'm Drax-Nova. I was adopted five years ago as a wee kitten with my sister. At that time I was known as Drax; my family name became Nova.
I lived with my family for four years when they adopted a puppy. I just could not adjust to the dog and spent the next year in the basement.
I rejoined my LCL family this week (Dec. 6th) and right now my foster family is working on desensitizing me to dogs but if my purrfect family discovers me before that happens or if it never does, I am a no-dog home guy.
My family said I was a super good kitty who "has a lot of love to give". My foster mom has already told people what a nice boy I am, too.
Because I lived with my sister for 5 years I would like to have another cat in my new family for company.

Hey there, Hannibal here I'm a strapping 3 year old boy. I have a very sweet but strong personality plus so experienced feline parents would totally get me. Also, I would do best in a home without young kids as I can get overly stimulated by them.
I love the busy and interesting life not the sit around like a couch potato kind so a safe indoor/outdoor acreage life could be considered for me. However, please note I am social with people so I am not a barn cat that prefers limited people exposure. I have been introduced to another cat and I am doing really well. If you can see your way to bringing me into your heart I would be so grateful.

So, here I am a senior finding myself without a home. Long story but I was put in a carrier with my life long partner Jane and then left outside the Alberta SPCA.
My foster mom says we are the best kitties and I am a super companion that will stick by your side and lift your spirits every single day. You will never feel lonely with me in your life.
