He was once a tiny kitten adopted into a loving home, growing up beside his sister Harley and even befriending a big, gentle dog. He learned early that the world was safe, that people were kind, and that love was something you could trust.
And then life changed — not because of anything he did.
Allergies in the home meant Dave and Harley had to be surrendered, hearts confused, routines gone, everything familiar suddenly missing.
Harley is safe in foster, and Dave is now waiting for someone to see him — really see him — the way he sees the people he loves.

BLUEY - Heeler Crew
Bluey - super interested in hanging out with his people. He was nearly called “Under Foot” as he is always under our feet “helping” us! Will curl up near his people when it’s time to wind down. Super playful, loves his toys (especially his fishing rod and golf balls!). He loves pouncing and wrestling with his brother Bandit. Very curious about dogs and is nonchalant when a doggo is checking him out. He also loves to play “surprise!!” and jump out onto your feet🩵 Bluey blended into our busy family very easily and does well in both a busy and quiet environment. The ultimate easy teen cat that still plays like a kitten!!
FREEZIE
Freezie (aka “Blu”) – A Gentle, Sweet-Natured Survivor Looking for a Quiet, Loving Home
Freezie is a handsome young adult tabby who came into rescue after being found literally frozen to the ground during a deep freeze. Despite such a harsh start, he has remained one of the sweetest souls you’ll ever meet.
He has delicate paws, a soft mouth, and plays with remarkable gentleness—though he does have a weakness for attacking feet under blankets. His signature move is a joyful leaping pounce on unsuspecting toes. He knows to stay off counters but will absolutely claim your favourite chair as his own.
His foster nicknamed him Blu, both for the best Freezie flavour and because he “cries” sometimes—his eyes water when he’s playing hard or feeling stressed. It’s part of his charm, and he takes comfort quickly once he feels safe.
Freezie is an easy, mellow companion who enjoys lap time, but always on his own schedule. He’s still shy with new people, nervous with sudden noises, and learning to accept the TV, so he will thrive in a quiet, calm home. Because of this, he is not suited to homes with small children.
He would very much enjoy the company of another friendly, confident cat who can help him continue to blossom. We don’t yet know how he feels about dogs.
